Teachers are everywhere. Years ago I worked at a job that required me to keep track of multiple projects and events all at the same time, and I was struggling. Being organized but somewhat lazy, I was having difficulty following my predecessors processes for each task. Once I delved deep and attempted to really go inside each task I was able to change the way I completed the work. At the same time, I came across the term "kaizen" which to me means embracing change and thinking about how and what we are doing.
